We start by getting to know you:

From here, we determine:

The best exercise plan for you

The best stress reduction strategy for you

An adjustment to your daily nutrition to heal and rebuild a healthy metabolism

As your body and brain adapt to the gradual changes, we are able to adapt your exercise and nutrition to be optimal for both feeling awesome and losing body fat in a healthy way with a strong metabolism.

Throughout the program, you are EDUCATED PROGRESSIVELY on what your NEEDS are, and why:

Nutrition, macros, protein requirements,

Metabolism – what is it, how does it work, how is it affected by long term calorie deficit diets, how do we make it robust to work for us

Movement – how ‘exercise’ affects the body, recovery, intensity, duration

Stress – what is it, how is it absorbed in the body, its effect on hormones, strategies to reduce it and change our relationship with it

How to lose body fat without slowing our metabolism, without the ‘all-or-nothing’ approach, and without draining our energy and self-confidence

We DO NOT give you a generic meal plan, movement plan, anything plan – that requires you to change everything in one go and attempt to ‘stick to’ all the changes. That is not realistic or respectful. All guidance is based on who you are and the life you are living now.

Great question. You will have access to Bryan and Kirsty to dscuss/ask items of this nature in strict confidence. We encourage you to do so. 

Yes. We have both been coaches for very close to 20 years. During that time we have worked with people from all across Australia and abroad on weight loss amongst many other areas/goals. 

We have ran this particular program multiple times.

Given the nature of this program there are no cancellations unless extenuating circumstances.
