A word that rarely existed when I was a boy…..and I don’t mean in my “boy world”, I mean in the greater world. (Yes, the word existed but it did not hold the power nor the common use we find today).

Right now we can focus ourselves in a direction that serves and fulfills us
Right now we can nourish our body and relish what it can do
Right now we can move and get our energy and systems all flowing with health
Right now is pretty important
